Colonial Capital Management, LLC is the managing partner of Colonial Fund, LP, a series of funds with a particular focus on single-family residential real estate and debt related to single-family residential real estate. The fund’s portfolio consist principally of non-performing or sub-performing residential mortgage loans, and real estate owned by banks and other financial institutions (“REO”), usually as a result of foreclosure.

Colonial Capital Management has extensive experience in distressed residential asset markets and actively acquires assets as principal for our own portfolio. We have significant capital pledged to our business that enables us to provide liquidity and certainty of execution to our clients and investors.
